www.starticket.chFrom 2015-2020, we actively supported the M&A process with regard to the integration of Starticket AG and Ticketportal AG into Tamedia AG (tx group). In this context, various new technologies were introduced in order to make optimum use of the synergies between the two companies and to increase the efficiency of business processes. In addition, we provided interim management to steer the transition process, implement the integration smoothly and overcome the operational challenges during the transition phase.
